OOTP16 Rosters

Hi Guys,

I have OOTP 14 on Steam. I was wondering, is there any difference with the 2014 version and the 2016 when playing the old teams of the 1960's-70's or 80's?

2. Is the 16 version have the current players on the team at this moment?

There are new features in 16 that improve the game no matter how you play it.
I believe rosters are for opening day
