Hello all, I have a bunch of questions regarding Coach ratings, reputation, and AI decision making regarding hiring coaches.

First off, how does the game formulate coach reputation? Is it based purely on results? Could a guy rated 200's in everything (hypothetical bear with me) consistently put on bad teams have a bad reputation? Also how are the descriptions calculated madeup because I've had guys where the little rundown said they would be great managers but I looked at their ratings in the editor and they were bad.

Do coaches have potential ratings that are just not seen? Or are the stats static because alot of inexperienced coaches have pretty poor ratings when I look at the editor and I was hesitant to hire them.

And finally what is the AI's decision making process behind hiring coaches do they see the hidden ratings or do they just hire random coaches based solely on reputation. I've seen inexperienced reputation coaches coaching in the high minors for AI teams so wasn't sure why/how they got there.
