All-Star Game Problem?

Not that this is a huge deal for me, but just something I've noticed that I do not believe is an accurate reflection to how the MLB works.

If I'm not mistaken, isn't every team suppose to have at least one representative in the all-star game? I'm 99% sure that is correct. The reason I ask is because I have an expansion team in its first year (they are horrible) and noticed we had no all-stars.

Am I just wrong about this or is this a known issue?

I'll likely add the option to force one player per team in a patch this summer sometime. It shouldn't be too hard to add

Though OOTP does this wrong according to real life, I think it does it the way it should be. If this ever does get fixed, I hope the fix can be made an option.
