Delegate personnel hiring

I like to manage my staff on the major league level and maybe on the S A or Rookie levels, but it would be cool to have the option to delegate staff hiring on a per-level basis.

I like this suggestion and second it. I think delegating responsibilities to individual minor league managers vs the current all or nothing approach would be useful for those who prefer to have a little more control over certain aspects of the organization. So the player could maintain a little more active control over their AAA team for example while delegating most responsibilities to the lower minors to managers.

I was just looking at the menu and instead of the drop down box with the manager names, how about changing the drop down list to your current minor league affiliates and a check box if you desire to delegate authority to that teams manager?

I was talking about the hiring of staff, but strategy assignments would also be nice.
