Retirees turning into coaches

Maybe make it better for turning the newly retired players into coaches. Either via the game doing this itself or maybe a button asking if you want to turn the eligible players into coaches without going to each one.

Many former players turn into coaches but I have yet to see one who just retired turn into a coach. Usually happens after 3-4 seasons.

The game already does this. And believe me 20-30 years down the road you'll wish it'd stop for a bit.
