Can I play on Microsoft surface tablet?
I ordered a Microsoft surface tablet. It has windows RT. Can I play this game on it? If so, can I move my saved game folder and files on my pc into the same folder on the surface without issue?

No I don't believe you can play on the RT, you'd need the Surface Pro which actually has the Windows Operating System on it. I had a Surface Pro 3 and it worked great on that!
Sorry for your luck!

Playa is correct. The RT is not a real PC, so you can't. The Pro is, so you can.The Pro 3 is, by the way, really slick.

The first Microsoft surface pro would also be ok then, because it runs full windows 8? I'm just looking for something to play pc sim sports games on, including OOTP.

Yes, the first Surface Pro would work. Anything running full (non-ARM) Windows should be good. This would include the new coming soon Surface 3 (not Pro).
On a side note, I used to have a RT and I would install the game on my desktop, but use remote desktop to play on the Surface. That was actually pretty good, except it required that I have access to my home PC to play. I could't take it with me on a plane... but, now Surface Pro 3 is great. |

Just in case anyone else comes across this and is wondering the same thing.....
The standard Surface (1 and 2) comes with Windows 8 RT, since the Surface and Surface 2 come with Nvidia Tegra processors. However, the Surface 3 is an Intel Atom, so it is a different animal and handles things differently since it is a "real" computing processor compared to the Tegra, in that it uses the standard Intel command. As for the Surface Pro series, they are all running full versions, with full Intel i-series chips. Now, I can tell you that I have gotten a number of programs to work on Windows RT by adjusting the installs in "compatibility" settings, but they tended to have odd glitches when running sporadically. I would not recommend trying if you want consistent smooth running. Get a big league on there and you will run into memory overruns crashing the thing. Now, I do this kind of things for a bit of side entertainment and empiric testing, but most people aren't into my way of "living for the crash".

I would love to see someone post a video of OOTP on the Surface 3 (or Pro 3)

Ot will woke just like any other Windows computer. The pro series has an Intel i3,i5 or i7 processor with at least 4 gigs of ram. There are no performance issues with the pro versions
