Creating baseball card

How do I get the game to stop this? It is doing it every few game days and it is taking somewhere around 5-8 minutes every time. It slows my sims massively!!

League Settings > Players & Facegen. To the right you'll see the facegen settings. Uncheck "enable baseball cards. .
