Spring Training Games and other suggestions
I've always wondered this, but why are there no spring training games? Also, why can't we have every minor league player for each MLB team? One thing that annoys me is the playoff stats page, there should be a drop down menu that has regular season or postseason on it for their stats. Also, for pitchers, you can't see their ERA, W-L, SV, G, GS, IP, etc. for postseason stats, or even regular season split-stats. I also would appreciate the ability to get fired. Please let me know if these suggestions could be implied to a future update

I have wondered this as well... my automatic assumption for any key feature that's missing in the game is that it was unnecessary and held back to refine that app, so that it doesn't get too big and/or slow and clunky. As for the Minor Leagues, I can state for a fact that this is the reason. If they had full rosters, the game would be huge, and would run slow, at least on older devices.
As for the pitching stats, I'm almost certain you can see regular season stats. Postseason, not so much, but again, that's so much info the game would have to store that it's not worth including for a mobile game. As for the firing ability, yes, this is something I would like to see as well, and although I don't think it would happen, I don't see a practical issue involved. Of the issues you mentioned, I can't really see any of it happening, but if anything is changed it would be the spring training games and the ability to get fired. The other issues involve problems that deal with data in-game and thus I doubt we'll see it anytime soon. |
