Historical 2004 Red Sox...where are the non 40 man roster guys like Jon Lester and Brandon Moss? How do I get a 'true' minor league roster for a new game?

We do not have full historical minor league stats, so when playing historical, players will appear in the leagues only when they first make a major league appearance. So since Lester only first appeared in 2006, in a historical game he will not show up until that date.
