Have the ability to simulate real-life MLB games.
Is it possible to set real real-life MLB line-ups before a real-life MLB game and use the OOTP16 engine to simulate the game (preferably many times)? If it is not, can you please add this option to the game?
Matt Arnold said "Currently, no, this isn't possible directly. However, if you wanted to do something like this, you could set up a league as follows:
-contains only 2 teams
-disable injuries, fatigue, player development
-Set up the 2 teams. If you want, you can even clone the starting pitchers so each team would have 5 copies of the same guy each game.
-Have the teams play each other for however many games in the season you want, and then you should be able to see the full results, including full stats.
As for adding a simpler way to do that, it's not a bad idea. We can consider it for next year. If you would post the idea in the suggestions for future versions forum, we can revisit it when we start planning what we want in future versions."
I am posting it here for your reference when future planning take place.
