Eight is enough! 1871-2014

Here's another 1871-2014 sim, but the majors never expanded; it's the same eight teams throughout history. (Obviosuly, this means only the cream of the crop ever even played MLB.) Also, I created a playoff system where 7 of the 8 teams make the playoffs every year!

Only 3 players managed 500 HR: Teddy 519, Bonds 515, Aaron 512; and only one player (Sosa, 2002) hit 50 in a season, with 55. (Remember, there are no weak pitchers in a 8-team league!)
