College Baseball Sim?

Is that possible?

What changes would I have to make in order to make it like college baseball? I thinks the hardest thing would be making sure players stayed no longer than 4 years, and somehow players getting on teams through a "recruiting" style rather than a draft.

Any ideas to make this happen would be great.

Any ideas to make this happen would be great.

1) Age limit on league
2) Eliminate (or greatly reduce) the draft, and max out the other player acquisition models. Set the international player origins so they aren't really international, and then make all players acquired the way international amateurs now. The ones found by your scouts = walkons (also, max out the number of players coming from independant leagues).

The amateur you have to bid on = blue chippers who must be acquired with "recruiting efforts." Set market size and finances based on recruiting strength.
