Need some Help with my 1st crash

Ok, first off I want to say that I have been playing ootp Baseball for a long time and I have never, ever had any issues with the game running in any version I have owned, I should consider myself lucky, well until now. Today I woke up and got my coffee and sat down to do my online league files as I do every morning and BOOM, I saw this screen:

So I have a few questions, since I have zero experience with this:

Is it possible to recover from this without a full reinstall?
What precautions do I need to take to insure I lose nothing from the online league I run?
How do I unlicensed a game I can't get to start?

I figure this was as good a time as any to put OOTP Baseball on my new computer I got a month or so ago, But my intentions was to just continue to run my leagues from my lap top and only use my new one for graphic heavy shoot'em up's and such.

Any insight and or suggestions into this issue would be greatly appreciated.

That's far out of my league. I'd save the hassle and go straight to the game support

Have you try to re-install OOTP15? Sometimes it works

I have tried to re-install but didn't uninstall first. I need to be able to unlicensed the game before I can uninstall and I don't know how to do that when the game won't launch.

You can uninstall without unlicensing.

You said you tried to re-install. Was it unsuccessful?

By any chance did you try to change the data path in-game? It looks like the program is trying to find the data folder and it isn't there.

The other thing to try is right click on the icon in the task bar and load a different league directly. That will only work is you had more than one league loaded.

I didn't change anything, It worked fine when I went to bed and this is what I got when I woke up, I have installed on my other computer with my 2nd license, but I still need to resolve this issue. Just a note: FHM loads fine, I don't know if that matters but it's an ootp Product too.The game won't load, when I click on the icon on the task bar and try to load a game file it tells me ootp is already running...when I click ok for the error screen the game and icon on the task bar close

Ok, this is getting really annoying, I have my save games moved to another computer and they work fine. I have had my icense reset, did a complete un-install of ootp, rebooted, re-installed OOTP 15 and I get the same error listed above when I try to run the game. I have no problem with any other program on this computer and in all other respects it is functoning normally. If anyone has any insight into this issue it would be awesome.
