Steam release planned for OOTP 16?

Looks like I missed the preorder discount for OOTP 16; shucks!

In that case, since it looks like I will pay the same price either way, I was curious if the plan is for OOTP 16 to be available on Steam like OOTP 15 was? If so, will it be available on Steam immediately upon release, or at some point later on?

From the OOTP Newsletter:

We won't be done with the giveaways after the price goes to $39.99 on February 16, though. Everyone who pre-orders between February 16th and three days before the official release in March will still receive a free OOTP 16 Steam key and get the game three days early.***

It will be on steam after the non steam version is released. You might not get a specific date because everything submitted to steam has to be verified and excepted by them.(like the apple app store)

Same will be with patches, they will get to steam later then the non steam games.
