Multiple day-to-day injuries should have cumulative performance hit
Encountered this last week in OOTP15. Player gets a day-to-day injury with a performance impact of (let's say) 30%. AI continues to stick him into the lineup. The next day, the same player gets hit with another day-to-day injury, and his performance loss actually drops to (let's say) 15%.
It doesn't really make sense that the player suffering a nagging injury would see his performance rise by getting injured again. The performance losses should probably have a cumulative impact, rather than the newer one superceding the old one.
(A few days later, the same player suffered a third injury. Fortunately, this one sent him to the DL.)
