Where would you assign this player?

I just drafted this guy out of college in a modern day MLB league, and I'm having trouble deciding where to assign him. He has a High work ethic and Low intelligence. Assuming he isn't blocked anywhere in my system, including the majors, where would you assign him?

I'd give him a half season in AAA to determine if he's the starting RF next year.

AA. If he performs well by the all-star game I would call him up to the majors to stay.

He appears to be of AA or AAA caliber. I'd put him with whichever of my farm teams on those levels needed him more. If he performs well, I'd call him up in September and see whether he's ready for the majors next year.

I'd go with A ball. if he's solid after two weeks move up to AA, same thing. Depending on how accurate your ratings are, there's not much more development to be had

Do you need to have another RF in ML soon? Then I would start with him in AAA for a few months.
If you have more time, put him in AA or A and see how he's doing and promote him when he performs well.

Being as he is already 23, put him in AA ball and have him force started in RF for 1 month. If he lights up AA in that time, move him to AAA and do the same thing. If he lights up AAA, call him up in September and use him as a platoon player, i.e. start him every 3 or 4 games. If he fails at AA or AAA, leave him there and bring him to ST next season to give him a shot at the big club.

Are the ratings relative to the big leagues?

If yes, he would be on my spring training roster at least.
