Implement QuestDog's name file into MLB quickstart

I have spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to figure out how to use QuestDog's fantastic name file with the fantastic MLB Quickstart that comes with the game. But, I haven't been able to as of yet, and from what I've gathered nobody else has been able to either.

Can you guys work together? Or make it so the name file of QS files can be changed? Or both? Or neither (but hopefully not that one)?

Maybe in the all in one mod? I am not sure they would be able to do it because of legal reasons.
