Lightbulb Improvements to Statistics

I am hopeful that all of these suggestions would be easy to implement. I would love to see:

1) Batted ball rate stats, i.e. POP% (or IFFB%), FB%, LD%, GB% (as a percent of balls in play). Right now we can only examine GB/FB ratios, but in-game it looks like pop-ups and line-drives are modeled, so why not track them?

2) Add a couple of new "splits" covering multiple years of stats - perhaps "Last two years" and "Last five years." I often find that I want to know how a player has done recently, but not just the most recent year (and not the entire career).

3) Add rate stats for pitching BBs and Ks (beyond the traditional per nine innings version). K% (Ks/TBFs) and BB% (BBs/TBFs) as well as the analytically useful K%-BB% (K% minus BB%). You already have these for batting stats, so why not for pitching?

4) Left on Base % (LOB%). This is a critical one for spotting under and over performing pitchers.

I have more, but these are I think the biggest possible wins.

Good suggestions. I find it interesting you've had an account 4 years and this was your first post

Better late than never. Hopefully my next comment will come to me before 2019.

Have been (quietly) playing every version since OOTP5 and looking forward to 16!

OK that made me LOL.

Considering my loudmouth status on these forums, I hope you figure out something more to say at least by next year!

I was going to post the George Formby song that involves lyrics about being better late than never but I can't remember what it's called and therefore can't find it on youtube.

Is that accelerated decrepitude?

I think I've mentioned the need for most of these before, but I agree with all of these. I'd also suggest adding the various plate discipline statistics for both hitters and pitchers.

I think a "last X days" or "Second Half" split would be a great addition. I don't have much use for something tied to a Gregorian Calendar, I want it relative to the present moment or season.
