2015 Rosters/Updated Ratings?

Are there any quickstart downloads with this offseason's trades/signings and updated ratings? So the league will start in 2015, in the OOTP 15 version.

I know one of my online league's have updated ratings/rosters but I'm not sure if they did it all by themselves or downloaded something.

I believe there's an updated quickstart available in the MODs section.
