ORL looking for two owners before first offseason

The ORL is looking for two more owners. We are currently playing the world series in are first season. The two open teams are:

Pittburgh: The owner seemed to drop of the face of the earth He email isn't vaild anymore and he hasn't contacted me so I will replace him. The team when 83-79 last season with alot of big names this team as a chance to win the division title next season.

Florida: This owner is more than likely going to quit cause he doesn't like that the league as approved a salary cap for the 2004 season (after the next season). The florida team when 69-93 last season and as the 7th overall pick in the rookie draft this year.

The league sims three times a week with each sim being a week worth of games. The league also as approved a salary cap of 90 million that will go into affect after the next season and then it will be 80 million for the 2005 season. The league will be switching over to OOTP 5 after the 2003 season( giving time to get any bugs worked out) I need owners to own ootp4 or STB and be willing to upgrade to OOTP 5 after the 2003 season is over.
