Forced end of regular season/start of playoffs

Every once in a great while I will have a league or two that keeps on playing regular season games even though it's playoff time.

A forced end of regular season/start of playoffs would solve that problem. Also if someone wants to start the playoffs early instead of waiting till later.

This will also prevent OOTP from playing meaningless one-game playoffs. So I support this.
