So is some how possible to add another human manager in game? I think it is, because there is menu to choise manager, but there is only one manager. That what i create just, when game start.

So how i can create another manager in game.

Yes from the top menu, select OTHER HUMAN MANAGERS, then select ADD/EDIT MANAGERS.
