Senior league

For those who love to have high school and college level teams and also would like to have a league for older this for them. Right now when a player retires we have the option of making him coach what if we also have the option to set up a senior league for anyone over the age of 45 and if a player retires on your primary major-league it gives us the option to make him a coach but also to become a senior player and he qualifies to be in the senior league?

And it will be cool too if they can carry over their popularity. So if you sign a very popular retire player to your senior league the Fanbase will be very happy

I've done senior leagues. Just set the age minimum/maximum. To keep players able to play, I set the aging to real slow so most guys play well into their 40's.

Not precise but works.

My solution in one league was to create a AAA "Veteran's League" that only allowed players 30 or older. Provided a good place for insurance policy type players whom I wanted to keep around but otherwise wouldn't significantly alter the playing time of players still developing in my minor league system. Also kept the vast herds of older players that always ended up on my FA lists in that league off the unemployment line, so to speak.
