Including the game user into this

I would love to see where the game offers you the player playing this game to a contract either a GM or Manager contract and also the ability to OWN the club too. This I think would help bring the user more involved and included into game. More on a personal side as it were.

Would also love to see the ability to build a new ballpark and shop the idea around various cities and see what they willing to offer as proposal. In addition a storyline to go along with it of which can create a issues among season ticket holders and those who don't have that thus either a boost in ticket sales for the last season of one park and a huge boost in the next 3 seasons(or more) of new ballpark.
