Improve contract negotiation AI about money
I feel as if it is too easy to cheap out on contracts. I can easily have a Mike Trout-like player on his first or second year and sign him to an extension for 3 million dollars over 5 or 6 years. It's hard to have house rules for a situation like this because I don't want to overpay since I don't know what he's actually worth. I feel players should be asking for more money. I know there are situations like Evan Longoria's first contract where it was a great deal for the Rays, but it doesn't happen too often these days to that degree.
