Request for a 10 team league

Hi, i would like to make a request for a 72 games schedule for a 10 team league..

So each team will play their opponents 8 times, 4 at home and 4 away, 36 home games and 36 away games..

I would like the season start in April and run through to October, if that is possible..

I would like the games to be played in series of 2, on Saturday and Sundays and Wednesdays and Thursdays..

Thanks in advance guys...

I'll do this now. Should only take a little bit.

Here's your schedule. It doesn't stretch out as long as you'd like it to - given that it's only 72 games, with four played per week the schedule is over in early August.

Season starts on the first Wednesday in April, and finishes on a Sunday. All Sunday games are afternoon games, and all other games are 7:00 PM games. Hope that has everything you're looking for.

One note: when I imported this into a test league, I had to delete the previous schedule in order for it to import correctly (which doesn't usually happen), but it did import successfully afterwards. So if you have issues importing, try that.

What do you use to create schedules?

Everyone has their own way of doing it, but I do mine in a blank Excel sheet. First, schedule one series at a time, just focusing on opponents first and choosing home and away teams after every team's schedule is filled. Then, decide on the length of each series (if every series is the same length, as it was in this schedule, then this part is trivial). This might force some rearrangement in the previous steps if I accidentally force a team to play 4 four-game series in a row or something. Then, using some Excel formula coding, I can translate that grid into the right XML format.
