Game is screwed up now..

So I've had my game in a document folder since buying it 2 months ago. The last patch I just downloaded it but it over wrote my sound, ballparks, jerseys, logos etc. So I decided to save all the work I put into my leagues by moving those folders out. I had it in 2 folders like it usually downloads it to.
So I downloaded the latest patch, and put it in Progam Files (x86). Then I moved all my leagues files to here. But it gave me error messages.

Then I uninstalled/reinstalled about 3 times. Still messes up.

On start up it gives me this message.

On close it gives me this message.

I tried the Run as Admin and opens/closes fine, but I can't open it from the open it from the taskbar anymore. I'd like it to work the way it use to work before this patch. Any help!?? Thanks.

I think the question IS....do I put my saved league folders (jerseys, logos etc) into the DOCUMENT folder or the PROGRAM FILES folders? They were in Documents...but I don't think the game recognized them in new installs. Gonna try the Documents again..

OK...figured it out! I had to load it into Documents.
