Payroll problem. A bug? Any workaround?

In my first solo game w/ ootp15, Front Office shows "Current player payroll" as $85mm.

However, in "Salaries" screen, in "Roster" screen, etc, it is $65mm ...which is correct as verified by adding up individual salaries.

Is this a bug others have seen? Is there some workaround? (I can't find a way to edit it). Obviously I'm screwed if I have to carry a bogus payroll.

Go add up your coach salaries, draft budget, scouting and player development...I bet it's $20 million.
