Exclamation Support Ticket Page Down? (sorry to post this here)

Hopefully it's just me (I don't think so, I've tried multiple devices on multiple networks). The Support Ticket page is resulting in a 404 error.

I've got a few activation issues (need to unlicense a device, receiving errors) and I cannot submit the request.

Thanks for any help.

Looks like it. I'm not getting an error, but I'm getting this message (at support.ootp.com):

"Sorry! The OOTP Developments online support site is closed for several hours. We're installing a new version to improve our support. Please accept our apologies."

edit: Ah, I think I see what you mean. I'm getting a 404 for the Activation Problems link in the How Do I Get Tech Support Thread in the OOTP tech support forum.

Thanks. Glad to hear it's not just me. I'll wait it out and log my request later (boo though, I'm currently locked out of OOTP bc I've activated on two devices, can't remove an activation on one (Windows tablet) and the other I'm stuck because I upgraded to OS X Yosemite from OS X Mavericks).

Why can't you remove the one on the tablet? Even temporarily until tech support is back up?

I volunteer on TS and it might take a day or so to get a license released. The guy who looks after that is swamped in TS & R/L. Sorry, don't want to be bearer of bad news, thus my suggestion.

When I try to unlicense on the tablet, I receive a message "OOTP was unable to release the license on the license server!"

So, it appears I'm kind of stuck

same message-tech support down

I have major issues. Probably my computer but cannot play the game at all. Been trying for 3 days at tech support.

The support site is in the process of being upgraded which is why it's been down.

I can handle any license issues even without the support site so just send me a private message and I'll help you out.

OK, one additional note. OOTP 15 is not able to activate on Yosemite at the moment, so if you're using Yosemite, you'll have to wait for a fix. I just talked to the developers about this and they're working on the fix so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Thanks to Old Timer & BradC. I'll sit and wait patiently for the Yosemite fix to be in. I'll miss my OOTP until then, but it serves me right for upgrading early
