Maximum Player Salary

Can we get a maximum player salary in addition to the current minimum player salary? Even with Super Star Player typical salary set at 16k in an independent league, I still see players go for over 400k, close to the league minimum of my major league.

I'll go thirds on this. Much needed. And option to have all players paid the same would be nice too.

To fix the issue you're having lower the budget of the teams. Your teams will spend the money they have and if they have 400K laying around to pay players a year then your league has way way to much money.

Yeah, I'd love to see an NBA-style max salary in place. Would really increase the value of the star players if they're on a max salary, and make affording them as free agents viable for smaller-revenue teams.

For those of us who play weird 100% revenue-sharing models like me, it'd be handy because it keeps teams from assigning stupid backloaded deals that eat up 1/3rd of their team revenue in the later years.

I've been wanting this for years. As it is, I end up having to manually enforce it in commissioner mode, which is a pain. The field could be defaulted to 0 (no maximum) like the salary cap field, so those of us who want to use it can set it, while everyone else can ignore it.
