Baseball quality rating

Another plea to expand (from 0-5 to 0-100) a nation's baseball quality rating. (Would this be too difficult to code or something?)

What would the benefit of this be? Their are so few countries with even remotely top talent I don't really see the need for a 1-100 scale. Unless you wanted to completely list out every country. I could maybe see a 1-20 scale but I don't really see a need for a 1-100 scale.

Please make this optional if added.

Better yet, if possible, have a scale like player ratings that the user can choose from.
