Bad Moment from iOOTP 13

So I was looking back at screenshots I had from iOOTP 13 and found this sad moment I went through. Dan Hansen was a young superstar entering his prime for my Phillies. He even won the Triple Crown

Things hit the fan two years later when his career ended abruptly. I was so depressed

Don't they have the medical technology to fix this things by 2159? Looks like the future won't be as good as I thought!

But that sucks, cut down in the prime of his career. I had that with a young pitcher, who pitched a no-hitter in his sophomore season. The next year, his career was over.

Hahahaha yeah apparently medical tech didn't get any better. Ouch thats really young to end a career for that pitcher

Medical tech in 2159 sucks!

I hadn't thought of that before, but it's so true. By then they should be fitting him with a robotic leg!

It does suck to lose such a promising player, but it happens in real life too, so you can't ask the developers to "fix" it.

OTOH I once had a very promising player whose career was ended by a concussion. I hated it, but it happens in real life. The problem was that it takes months in real life to see when someone is not recovering from a concussion, and in this case they diagnosed him with a career ending injury the same day!

Yeah I certainly don't blame the devs. In fact I love that the possibility for something like this sad moment exists
