Cutthroats Bat Boy Join Date: Jul 2014 Posts: 5	Scout Error - All Prospects rated the same In a league my scout rates all players (my team, draft pool, other teams) as 1 start or 20, etc. depending on setting. I've changed scouts. Turned scouting on./off and no changes.
