Quick feeder question
Hey guys, not used to using feeders, but want to use one this league
I want all my players to enter as 20 year old to the draft Thus I want my feeder league ages to be 16-19. Yes? or 17-20? I am a bit confused for the ages. With those ages (since I am between the normal feeder range years), is it better to run the feeder as a high school or college feeder- For how the game itself will produce and develop players to have them close to what would come into the draft pool as 20 year olds w/o feeders? Thanks for the help |

There is an option to determine when 'Draft Eligibility Starts'. You set this on the same page as the min/max ages (rules page for the Feeder League).
You want 20yo in the draft so you can either do ages 16-19 and 'If maximum age is surpassed' or you can do 17-20 and 'If Maximum age is reached'. I would probably suggest making it a College league so the players are created a little more advanced than a HS league. If you want players to take a bit longer to be ready for the majors then make it a HS league. Last edited by byzeil; 07-20-2014 at 02:48 AM. |
