League file uploads to 8% than resets

I'm new to OOTP, but an online league was progressing fairly well until the league file wasn't able to upload.

It always progresses to 8% and then restarts.

I've tried to go to a backup and same thing happens.

Any ideas?

Your server does have enough space on it, right?

You can upload big files on the server right (well however big the league is)?

Is your internet connection very stable?

I don't know if you pay for a FTP server but I know on a lot of the free ones out there that I have used they wont allow you to upload files of a certain size or bigger.

EDIT: Also maybe try uploading the file outside of OOTP to the server to see if OOTP is the problem.

Also maybe just keep letting it run in OOTP (so let it keep restarting) cause sometimes it works for me eventually if that ever happens.

Thank you for the checklist . . it was the connection. A certain unnamed ISP had turned down my upload speed.
