Contract Bonuses

Hi, I have a quick question about the bonuses you can give for a certain amount of innings pitched. Is the bonus meant as a yearly thing? Would I enter $500,000 for 200 IP rather than setting an IP amount for the entire length of the contract?

It's per season for every year of the contract.
