When I want to Import an Team and I click on Historical ODB it wants to know what to open it with..

It's waiting for you to navigate to the stats folder, where historical data is located. It could be quite a long trip initially but I think the game remembers where the files are located the next time you import a team.

The first screen print is where you start by default - the program folder (this is Windows but Mac should be a similar procedure). You don't want to be here. Use the Up button to navigate to Users, as shown in the second screen print. Choose your profile and then navigate down to Documents, the OOTPD folder, the OOTPB15 folder, and then /stats. You will find historical_database.odb in there. Highlight that file and click on Confirm as shown in the third screen print.
