Working with Stamina
So I'm looking at my pitchers to figure out who can be starters, long or middle relievers and closers. I'm using the stamina rating to help me with that. I figure a 3 or 4 stamina is a closer, where a 10 or higher would be a starter. (this is A ball with a 20 point scale).
But what I see is a guy with a stamina of 10 or 12 getting tired at 3 innings (50 pitches). So what is the relationship of stamina to the pitchers pitch count / innings? |

Stamina works differently by role. If you have a SP set as a MR he will get tired after 50-60 pitches but recover faster. An SP set as SP should get 90-110 pitches before tiring, but he must be fully rested ie 4 days or 3 days in a pinch.
Check roles and rest to confirm they are being used correctly.
