Multiple Amateur Drafts

Is there any way to have multiple amateur drafts? There's been a lot of talk about an International Draft, and although I'm against it, I'd love to test it out.

No, not more than one in a season. If MLB ever decides to do an international ammy draft, you'll find it in OOTP, it would be easy to do (just a modification of the already available FA draft).

If it's so easy, why can't it be an option now?
