Avindian Minors (Triple A) Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: Houston, TX Posts: 274	Free agency waivers Starting a 10 team offline fantasy baseball league (fairly simple -- no financials, 2014 MLB rosters, inaugural draft, etc.). Instead of letting owners grab non-drafted players first come, first serve, I'd like to impose a waiver system (like is often the case in fantasy football). Is there anyway to do this in OOTP?
