Deciding what FA pitcher to pursue is always one of the more difficult choices to make in the game. FIP and BABIP are always things I look at. GBT and K rate are good too. I love signing that less than stellar guy who turns out to have a monster year on my team. Iwakuma in OOTP13 was always a smart choice.. and I had great success with Joe Saunders too.
