Manager cap on new game not changing?

My first trial run with the game was with the Pirates. Now every time I start a new game my managers cap is the Pirates cap. Is there an option that is checked off that im missing that loads this as default every time I start a new game?

This is what im encountering when starting a new game. Did a test run on 3 new games, and each started with the pirates cap.

Try Manager's Office>Manager Settings>Picture Functions>Regenerate Same Picture

Go in and load the uniforms and logos for the Orioles by hand. It'll take you about thirty seconds but that should solve your issue, it always has whenever I've had issues like this in any version of the game up until now.

Thanks Quinton for your help. Instead of regenerating same picture which didn't work, I clicked on new fictional picture and that worked.
