Changing computers. Can I import my data from my old computer?

I am buying a new mac and I do not want to lose the data I have been
Playing in my OOTP 15.

1. How can I bring my ootp 15 game data over from my old mac to the new mac?
2. Can I use the pre-order link I received in my new mac? Or do I have to re-purchase?

1. Yes. Depending on how much data you have, you could transfer it via a USB stick or external hard drive, or you could use Dropbox. You could put it all on your desktop, then move it to the appropriate OOTP folders once you install OOTP on the new Mac.
2. Your purchase gets you TWO licenses, so if you've installed OOTP only on your current Mac, you still have a second license to use. If you've already used both licenses, you should be able to contact Andreas and have him de-activate the license on the old Mac, which will allow you to use it on the new one.

Does that all make sense?

/Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Out of the Park Developments

The Library folder is hidden by default, so select the "Go" menu and press the Option key. The Library folder will appear and then you'll have access to your game files.

You should make sure that you de-activate the license on the old machine if you won't be using it ever again, just in case you need that second license for another machine in the future.

Here is a trick to keep that folder always visible.
