I just did a google search... the first search I always do is for "official symbol" and "official animal" (state animals if I do a states league.) Anyway, this is neither here nor there... the most interesting thing I found:

Yeah, it's gotta be the Topeka Boo's. Then your mascot is a ghostly Betty Boop. At the stadium, the fans flip it on it's head. They boo when they approve of something and cheer when they disapprove (like a wussy golf clap).
