Most Frustrating Day of My Life

I tried to download the game 11 times!!

I used all 3 choices twice and used other sites that were hosting the download. Each time it would get to like 90% and I'd be thinking this is the one, this time it'll work.

I have no idea why but each time it just stops downloading. I've been trying to get this game all day.

I would like some info on why this is happening and how do I fix it?

you cleared your cache and temp internet files? maybe call it a night and try again tomorrow, (easy to say when I have it, I know) but hopefully what ever the problem everyone seems to be having will go away.

Try using a download manager like GetRight. It will allow you to resume from where you left off.

Do you do anything else while DL'ing?...I mean anything? I had the same problem, I got to 75% and then it just quit, said it was done. I had been browsing at the Forums when it did that.

I've had other DL's do the same thing...always when I am trying to load other content in my browser. To succeed, I start the DL and then do nothing else, just move my mouse ever now and then to ensure that the screen saver doesn't come on. This almost always works, and it worked this morning for OOTP4.

I'm no computer whiz...and this is most likely just coincidence, but it always works for me.

The combination of traffic and possibly a flakey conncetion can cause problems, but the above program will try and manage that

Oh, I got the same problem using Getright for some reason. Then I didn't use it and it worked for me

I waited four and a half hours for the game to download, oly for it to quit at 75% complete. Tried later in the day and it downloaded in 40 min.
