Uniform Request for Move to OOTP15

I'm selfishly requesting help redesigning my uniform. We're moving to year 10 in my online league (which coincides with our move to OOTP15) and I would love to have new uniforms for this new decade of play. I was thinking solid black with the text across the front would be cool, but I'm open to whatever creativity people might generously deliver. I really like the current "P" on the hats with the fish tail, but i do think it would look better with a black hat and red "P" with a white outline.



Also, if you want to take a crack at cleaning up my MSPaint logo, feel free. I think the below demonstrates my lack of graphic art skill and the reason why I'm seeking help from the community.
