Quick scouting question

Hello again, i didnt catch whats the EOS scouting (pretty sure im wrong about the spelling) but its the choice between using our scouts or that. They are right next to each other in the upper right or so of the screen. Sometimes they have similar evaluation and other times completely different.

Ps. Trout is having a huge season with .365 and 24 HR in 87 games so far.

The game has its own scouting agency (OSA) you can you as a reference. The accuracy of those ratings is based on what you have set in your game settings. If you have hired a good scout and have put a good amount of money into your scouting budget I would trust your scout over the OSA.
