How do you create new player

I cant figure this out. Just want to create 2 or 3 fictional players. Cant figure out how. Detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the free agents or 'show all players' page. Click the Available Actions button on the right. It gives you the option to create fictional players.
