Player picture help

I love the new game. Markus and Co hit it out of the parl(pun intended). I have one problem. I have been going over this over and over and I cannot find where you can change an individual picture. You used to be able right click on the player and it would be listed. Alos Wheer do I find baseball cards. I am sure it is real easy to find but I for the life of me cannot find it anywhere. Any help please.

Player screen, editor, I think it is called "picture functions"', it is on the left side and on the classic skin it is a green box.
