Disabled A.I Trading

How do I disable A.I trading? I want to control one team and have the A.I. control all other teams as far as adjusting rosters for injuries, but do not want the A.I. initiating trades. I want to keep players in their original organization, and make trades manually through commissioner mode as they happen during the 2014 season.

League Setup under the rules tab down toward the bottom left.
